Anyone has experience with # for under the table? Such as this one:


I was thinking of getting one so I can # while I'm #. Just not sure though whether they can be used properly with an office chair.

I looked at them a while back; They’re for the elderly and people with disabilities. They won’t help a healthy person in a meaningful way.
Lol okay. In what regard "not help"? Regarding cardio? So rather buy a bigger home trainer if it has to be an indoor one?
Yes, it won’t raise your heart rate or build muscle. If you need indoor training, a bigger one is the way to go. If you’ve the time, get outside. Summer is on a weekend this year. ?
Okay good to know, thanks! This was mostly thought for home office times where I have to sit at the desk anyways. But now I'll drop that idea again.
